Executive Team

Tina Brothers is the Executive Director of The Reibey Institute. She brings energy and rich experiences as a young woman leader in the global marketplace. Tina spent 15 years in financial services working in Sydney, Brisbane, London and New York with firms such as Macquarie Bank, UBS, Bank of New York, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Suncorp.

Looking for new challenges and passionate about women’s leadership, Tina founded the Reibey Institute. Tina is responsible leading research, attracting partners and members and building a solid foundation of like minded people. Alongside a commitment to the Reibey Institute, Tina sits on Women Leadership Australia’s Executive Program Advisory Board and advises some of our leading advocacy groups including the Australian Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AWCCI).

Tina earned an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland. She is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She lives in Sydney with her husband, son and daughter.

Advisory Board

An advisory board comprising of a diverse range of representatives is established for our 2013 research project. The board is comprised of volunteers to act in a governance and guidance capacity bringing rich experience and representation of the institute’s vision.

Women Leaders Research
